Herbed Pita Chips

  • 1 bag fresh pitas
  • basil
  • oregano
  • parsley
  • celery salt
  • olive oil

Rosemary Pita Chips

  • 1 bag pita chips
  • rosemary
  • olive oil

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350°F

Stack pitas and cut into triangles.

Tear apart and lay the inside of the pitas up on a baking tray.

Brush with olive oil and sprinkle desired herbs and spices.

Bake for 7 minutes or until pitas are lightly browned. Keep and eye on them… they go quick!
