I’ve been on a bit of a Greek flavour kick lately, trying different marinades and learning what ingredients work together. I had recently bought a package of phyllo pastry for the first time and was dying to try making my own baklava. The process was a bit time consuming, but surprisingly easy. I chose walnuts and almonds for my baklava, and a delicious orange honey syrup to top it off. It certainly went over well in my house!
