Gluten Free Breakfast Biscuits

These gluten free breakfast biscuits are the perfect morning snack with butter and jam. The soft, moist texture makes them almost like a biscuit or scone. Try the Garlic and Cheese version for something different!

Plain Gluten Free Breakfast Biscuits

  • 1/4 C butter (melted)
  • 2 1/2 T milk
  • 2 1/2 T water
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 C rice flour
  • 1/4 C greek yogurt (plain)
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  1. Combine all wet ingredients in a microwave safe bowl and heat until just boiling.
  2. Add flour and remaining dry ingredients and mix well.
  3. Scoop onto baking sheet, or into greased muffin cups and bake at 375 F for 15-20 min. or until lightly browned.
  4. Let cool in muffin tin.

Tip: They freeze well.

  • 1/4 C greek yogurt (plain)
