• 1 cup fat-free plain Greek-style yogurt
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • juice of half a lemon
  • 1/2 cucumber, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon dill weed
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • salt and pepper to taste


Mix yogurt, cucumber, garlic, parsley, lemon and salt and pepper together in a bowl. Cover bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate 1 hour. Stir before serving.
